Last updated: October 2026. How the ButtarAI service is delivered and supported.
ButtarAI is a digital software service — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. When you sign up, you immediately get a dashboard where you can create chatbots, train them on your content, and generate an embed snippet for your website.
Paid plans are activated manually by our team after we confirm your payment. Activation usually happens within a few hours of receiving your payment proof, and always within 2 business days. Your subscription period starts on the activation date, not the payment date.
We aim to keep the platform and your chatbots available around the clock. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance in the dashboard whenever possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers (hosting, AI models) or by issues on your own website.
We provide support by email at support@buttarai.online and on WhatsApp at +44 7424 822080. We reply within 2 business days, usually much faster. Support covers using the platform, billing questions, and troubleshooting your chatbot — it does not include custom development of your website.
Each plan includes a monthly message limit. Usage resets on the first day of each calendar month. If you consistently exceed your plan's limits, we will ask you to upgrade rather than throttle your chatbots mid-month without warning. Abusive usage — such as automated spam through the chat API — may lead to suspension under our Terms of Service.
You can stop using the service at any time. Because plans are activated manually, there are no automatic renewals — your plan simply expires at the end of its period unless you choose to pay again. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
