ButtarAI provides a hosted platform for creating AI chatbots trained on your content and embedding them on your websites. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes; upload content you do not have the right to use; attempt to access other customers' data; reverse-engineer or abuse the platform, APIs or widget; or send spam or excessive automated traffic. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You retain all rights to the content you add (website URLs, FAQs, custom text). You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service — crawling, storing, embedding and generating chatbot responses. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you add.
Each plan includes limits on the number of chatbots and monthly messages. Usage is measured per calendar month and resets on the first day of the month. Paid plans are currently activated manually after you contact us. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
Chatbot responses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and the chatbot's behavior on your website. ButtarAI is not liable for decisions made based on chatbot responses.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ButtarAI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may cancel at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive on unpaid plans for an extended period. On termination, your chatbots and data will be deleted according to our data retention practices.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
